WADSWORTH: The city has released the lawn-watering schedule for the months of June through September.
To preserve the water supply, the city has limited the amount of water each resident uses to prevent a mandatory sprinkling ban. The watering days have increased from two to three this year, according to John Easton, the director of public service who established the schedule.
Watering days for even numbered houses are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. For odd numbered houses, watering days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. No watering is permitted on Friday.
Any resident who does not follow the schedule is subject to having their service shut off and will have to pay a reestablishment service fee of $40 during working hours and $125 during non-working hours.
